Nantong Double Great won the title of water-saving enterprise in the textile industry

On July 25, news came from the official website of the China Textile Industry Federation that Nantong Double Great Textile Co., Ltd. was awarded the 2022 Water-Saving Enterprise in the Textile Industry. It is the only cotton spinning enterprise in Nantong to receive this honor.

The labor competition for green development in the textile industry, the water-saving and efficiency-increasing labor competition, jointly organized by the China National Textile and Apparel Council and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions of Finance, Trade, Light Industry, Textiles and Tobacco, aims to promote water-saving and efficiency-increasing and green development in the industry.

In recent years, Nantong Double Great has adhered to the new industry development positioning of "technology, green, and fashion", closely followed the new requirements of the industry for water conservation, and recycled all the company's main water use, such as temperature and humidity control in the production workshop and water for cooling of air compressor units, to achieve water conservation. In terms of effective management of water consumption, supporting metering and water safety facilities are used to ensure that the new water consumption index per unit product is at the level in the industry, and to become a benchmark enterprise for water conservation and efficiency improvement in the textile industry as soon as possible.
