Chen Zhiping from Fangyi Factory won the second prize in the Hai'an City "Safety Production Month" - "People's Insurance Cup" speech contest

On July 19, Chen Zhiping, the operation manager of the third shift of the Textile Factory No. 1, represented Qutang Town in the final of Hai'an City's "Safe Production Month" - "People's Insurance Cup" theme speech. He was passionate and finished the speech in one go, and won the second prize, ranking among the districts, towns, and streets.

As an operations manager on the front line of production, Comrade Chen Zhiping skillfully combined the actual safety work of grassroots teams with the employees' understanding of safe production in his speech. He introduced the safety behavior norms of daily employees, the standardized requirements of star-level safety teams, and the innovative approach of "three five-minute" safety handovers for teams, as well as some basic essentials such as daily labor protection for team employees, hidden danger investigation and rectification, and emergency rescue and disposal. He used simple cases, real events and pictures of safety activities in which employees participated to share with the audience the successful experiences of advanced safety teams, truly understand the profound meaning of "everyone abides by the Occupational Safety and Health Law and everyone is the responsible person", truly internalize safety and health in their hearts and externalize them in their actions, ensure that everyone is safe every minute and every second, consolidate the cornerstone of the team, build a building of safe and stable development of the enterprise, and welcome the successful convening of the 20th National Congress with practical actions.
