Recently, the Organization Department of the CPC Nantong Municipal Committee issued a document naming 50 grassroots party organizations as the city's grassroots party building demonstration sites. The Party Committee of Nantong Double Great Textile Co., Ltd. was awarded the title of "the city's grassroots party building demonstration site".

Nantong Double Great Textile Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise mainly engaged in spinning, with 1,035 employees and 67 party members . The company established a party branch in 1977 , which was upgraded to a party committee in 2012 , with 4 party branches under it. The company's party committee closely follows the "double rich" theme of "rich Double Great and enriching employees", creates a "double strong" brand of "strong development and strong party building", explores Double Great's characteristic private enterprise " 1+3 " party building work method, and provides a strong organizational guarantee for promoting the high-quality development of the enterprise.

Under the guidance of the "old party secretary spirit", the company's party committee has built and strengthened the "Yang Guangze Model Worker Innovation Studio", established the party branch of the Innovation Talent Center, and built the branch in the front line of R&D, production and sales, giving full play to the exemplary role of party members in production and operation, and truly achieving "Party members in key positions, party members in urgent and difficult situations, party members in transformation and upgrading, and party members as role models for groups". The company's party committee has been awarded many honors, including the National Advanced Grassroots Party Organization, Nantong City Party Building Work Demonstration Site, and Hai'an City Five-Star Party Organization.

The company’s Party Committee has always identified “setting benchmarks and producing quality products” as the company’s development strategy, and made commitments to the  Party Committee and all employees with the goal of “five s”: , to be advanced in party building nationwide, second, to be industry- in economic transformation, third, to be a in strengthening strength and innovation, fourth, to put the people in running the factory, and fifth, to be a regional in social responsibility.

The company's board of directors and senior and middle-level managers sign a target responsibility letter at the beginning of each year and make public commitments to all employees; the majority of party members base themselves on their duties and make commitments to employees in the region. The company's chairman, Yang Yang, actively signed up for selection and served as a new generation of entrepreneurs in the Municipal Finance Bureau. The company specially compiled a "Party Member Handbook" and distributed it to each party member, requiring them to record the learning content and the practice of innovation and competition activities. The party members who participated in the pioneer and demonstration posts filled out the "Creation Record Handbook" and "Innovation Project Record Book" on a monthly basis. A total of 35 Communist Party member machines, 3 party member demonstration posts, 8 party member pioneer posts, and 55 party member honest and diligent posts were identified.

The company’s Party Committee insists on mass building with party building and promoting party building with mass building. It carefully organizes a unified party activity day for party members, an open party class once a month for party members and cadres, and a "48+1" work and study system for managers, actively building a harmonious and progressive work pattern.

In combination with the "Don't forget the original intention, keep the mission in mind" theme education, party history learning education and other activities, we will focus on selecting front-line role models around party members, discover the "bright spots" around ourselves, and carry out "production model" and "operation elite" selection activities, so that the majority of party members, cadres, workers and the masses can see, touch and learn.

The company has rich resources of pioneer models, including Yang Guangze, a provincial moral model, Ji Yijun, a national model worker in the textile industry and a provincial 322 training target, Zhang Yong, a party representative of Jiangsu Province and a national technical expert, Ding Yueping, a provincial model worker and a municipal people's congress representative for front-line operators, and Wang Lianyun, a provincial learning worker model. The company has set up a model worker and skill master studio in the research institute to continuously inspire the majority of employees to innovate, work hard, and strive for advancement with the power of role models.
