This operator skill improvement training is the full-time training with the largest number of front-line positions, the widest class level, the comprehensive process involved, and the richest learning content since the establishment of Double Great Company. There are 4 classes in total, including an intermediate roving class, an advanced spinning class, a spinning technician class, and a new apprenticeship system for coarse and fine network connection. Each class has nearly 20 courses, including professional ethics, craftsmanship, safety regulations, spinning theory, process improvement, troubleshooting, new product trial production, operation innovation, intelligent application, simulation practice, etc. All training is expected to start on August 15 and be completed by May 1st next year. Since the beginning of this year, affected by the impact of the international textile market and the spread of the epidemic, our front-line workers have adjusted more machines, shifts, and workshops. Some operators cannot fully adapt to intelligent production workshops, new product trial production workshops, and multi-component machines. The company's labor union seized the opportunities of high-temperature peak avoidance, off-work breaks, and holidays to address the company and solve the worries of employees. It organized our front-line operators to go to the classroom and listen to experts' lectures; go to the car and simulate intelligent operations; conduct on-site assessments, answer technical problems, and carry out theoretical, practical, and systematic training.
