Recently, Hai'an Natural Resources and Planning Bureau and Nantong Double Great Textile Co., Ltd. carried out party building and co-construction, and jointly held a theme party day with the theme of "building foundations with the spirit of the plenary session, abiding by laws and regulations, and rectifying the atmosphere". Shi Jian, secretary and director of the Party Group of Hai'an Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, Yang Guangze, founder of Double Great Company, Ji Yijun, secretary and general manager of the company's Party Committee, all party members of the second party branch of the Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau and the party branch of Qutang Branch, representatives of party members of the and third party branches of the bureau, and all party members of the party branch of science and technology talents of Double Great Company participated in the theme party day activities.
During the theme event, Tang Yougen, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of Hai'an Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, gave a party class on "Comprehensively Strengthening Party Discipline Construction" to all party members.
Tang Yougen started with the "Three Disciplines and Six Points for Attention" and interpreted the historical origins, important significance, specific requirements, and typical cases of the "Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China". Tang Yougen emphasized that party discipline learning and education should be a course that accompanies party members throughout their lives. They should learn, know, understand and abide by the disciplines, constantly learn and update, and constantly check and reflect. They should integrate strengthening party spirit, strictly observing discipline,s and tempering work styles into daily life, make it a regular practice, and maintain normality. With a clean and upright political ecology, they should contribute new forces of resources and people in promoting the new practice of Hai'an's Chinese-style modernization.
In the session of "Paying tribute to role models of the times and expressing feelings for the country and family", Yang Guangze, a typical representative of the spirit of old party secretaries in the province and founder of Double Great Company, recounted his personal growth and entrepreneurial experience as a peer of the Republic, focusing on learning and implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. They reviewed the great achievements of New China, especially reform and opening up, and looked forward to the bright prospects of Chinese-style modernization.
Yang Guangze also shared with everyone the four experiences of party building work: planning based on production, making the red engine a strong fortress; acting based on talent, inheriting the red vein and growing together; solving problems based on problems, setting a new benchmark for the red line; and taking advantage of the situation, raising the red flag high into the future. At the same time, he placed new expectations on the party building leadership of the city's textile industry chain in the new era.
As a representative of party members, Lu Fei, director of the Qutang Branch of Hai'an Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, made a statement entitled "Serving enterprise development with heart and soul".
During the event, Shi Jian, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Hai'an Natural Resources and Planning Bureau and Director of the Hai'an Textile Sector Cultivation Office, presented a letter of appointment to Yang Guangze, Party Building Instructor of the Hai'an Textile and Silk Industry Chain, on behalf of the Hai'an Textile and Silk Industry Chain Party Committee.
Shi Jian fully affirmed the spirit of the old branch secretary, Double Great's "three products" to strengthen the enterprise, and the "1+3" party building work method. He hoped that through pairing up for mutual learning, complementary advantages, visiting the grassroots and asking for needs from enterprises, the government and enterprises would have smoother relations and better development.
Before the theme event, the Second Party Branch of Hai'an Natural Resources and Planning Bureau and the Party Branch of Science and Technology Talents of Nantong Double Great Textile Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony for co-construction and pairing. The participating party members visited the Double Great Textile Research Institute and the intelligent spinning workshop with great interest, observed the activity base of the Double Great Science and Technology Talents Party Branch, and listened to the experience of Double Great's party building work.
