D. Solid waste

The solid waste generated by the company mainly includes: combed cotton waste and waste cotton generated during the production process. Solid waste is classified and controlled. The current solid waste classification, generation amount, and disposal method are shown in the following table.

The company does not generate hazardous solid waste during its production process. Office and domestic waste are classified and managed, and waste paper and scrap ironware are recycled and sold. Domestic waste is centrally cleared and transported by the local sanitation office and treated harmlessly.

In 2019, 818.46 tons of solid waste were generated, all of which were general solid waste that can be recycled.

Comprehensive recycling rate = recycled solid waste / total solid waste = 818.46t/818.46t*100%=100%

E. Noise

The main noise sources of the company are various specifications of air compressors, water cooling units, water pumps, cotton pluckers, cotton openers, carding machines, drawing machines, strip lap machines, combing machines, roving machines, spinning machines, winding machines, etc. There are many noise sources, mainly concentrated in air compressor rooms, air conditioning rooms, production workshops, etc., and their noise values ​​are 70-85 dB ( A ). Since these devices are installed indoors, they have been attenuated a lot when they are transmitted to the external environment after being soundproofed by the walls. Then, noise reduction measures such as silencing, vibration reduction and sound insulation are taken for different sound sources, such as: low-noise equipment is selected; equipment with higher noise levels uses a shock-absorbing base and sets up a soundproof room; in the design of equipment and pipeline installation, seismic isolation, shockproof and impact protection are adopted to reduce gas dynamic noise; the factory building is closed, the production workshop uses double-layer windows, and the walls of the high-noise operation room are covered with sound-absorbing materials.

In March 2020, Qingshan Lushui (Jiangsu) Inspection and Testing Co., Ltd. was commissioned to conduct an inspection and issue a test report. The daytime noise at the factory boundary was 51.6-54.1 dB ( A ), and the nighttime noise was 42.7-44.7 dB ( A ), which met the Class 1 standard requirements in the "Environmental Noise Emission Standards for Factory Boundaries of Industrial Enterprises" ( GB12348-2008 ) .

F. Greenhouse gas emissions

In order to implement the overall arrangement of the "Notice of the General Office of the National Development and Reform Commission on the Pilot Work of Carbon Emission Trading" (National Development and Reform Commission Climate [2011] No. 2601 ), and effectively implement GB/T32150-2015 "Accounting and Reporting of Greenhouse Gas Emissions by Industrial Enterprises" and GB/T 32151.12-2018 "Greenhouse Gas Emissions Accounting and Reporting Requirements Part 12: Textile and Garment Enterprises", our company conducted an inventory and accounting of carbon emissions in 2019, and commissioned a third-party agency to verify the greenhouse gas emissions in 2019, issued a third-party statement on the emissions and made it public online.

After verification, our company's CO2e emissions in 2019 are the sum of combustion emissions, purchased emissions, and fugitive emissions. The combustion emissions are 122.76tC O 2 e, the purchased emissions are 35584.18tC O 2 e, the fugitive emissions are 0tCO2e, and the total emissions are 35706.94tC O 2 e.

2. Implement public welfare support planning in an organized manner

The company has established a public welfare planning implementation organization system headed by the chairman. The relevant responsibilities of the company's party committee, trade union, general manager's office and other departments have been clarified. Public welfare support is included in the annual comprehensive budget, and the implementation is checked at the end of the year. The public welfare donations of various departments are registered and publicized through the trade union. The company actively carries out golden autumn student aid, poverty alleviation and disability assistance activities; arranges 170 disabled people to work in the company to solve their worries about life; and becomes a paired assistance target with Dawa Village, Guanyun County, and Zazhuang Village, Yazhou Town, Hai'an County to support the construction of new countryside; funds are invested in the reconstruction of Shuanglou Junior High School to revitalize rural education; funds are allocated to subsidize the company's bridges and company roads to expand the rural transportation network; funds are allocated for rural greening, cleaning, street lights, ditch and river construction, and optimize the rural ecological environment. Paying taxes according to law benefits the country and the people and is conducive to the development of the national economy. The chairman makes it clear to the financial director at the annual high-level office meeting that the company must pay taxes and fees in strict accordance with the provisions of the tax law during its operations, and there must be no tax evasion, tax arrears, or tax fraud. The company has formulated a strict financial management system and organized financial personnel and related operating personnel to learn tax laws and financial management requirements, strictly operate according to the requirements, and standardize the payment of various taxes and fees. The company issues tax invoices for all the dust and dirt it sells. The company pays more than 30 million yuan in taxes and fees each year, and has not had any tax evasion, tax arrears, or tax fraud so far.
