Nantong Double Great held a summary commendation and work mobilization meeting
The spring sunshine of heaven and earth is approaching, and the sun and the moon usher in a new era. Recently, Double Great Company solemnly held the 2023 Annual Summary and Commendation and the 2024 Annual Work Mobilization Conference. Nearly 200 people attended the meeting, including commended advanced collectives, advanced individuals, marketing stars, QC achievement award-winning groups, innovation project award-winning representatives, all party members, middle and senior managers, professional and technical personnel, team leaders, operation team leaders, and employee representatives.
Double Great Company executives Yang Yang, Ji Yijun, Yang Guangze, Wang Ruigen, Wang Jiayu and Lv Junfeng attended the meeting. Wang Ruigen, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, deputy general manager and chairman of the labor union, presided over the meeting.
The conference commended three advanced collectives including the roughing and combining operation group of Spinning Factory No. 1, and 55 advanced individuals including Tang Yanghua, named three marketing stars including Ling Huaqing, and in accordance with the "Implementation Measures for Innovation Awards", rewarded 132 employee innovation projects and 13 QC achievements in 2023, with a total bonus of 131,970 yuan.
Comrade Ji Yijun, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the company, delivered a work report entitled "Strive to forge ahead, take responsibility and work hard to write a new chapter in the high-quality development of Double Great."
He said that in 2023, we will work together and forge ahead. In the face of complex and ever-changing market challenges, we must strengthen our confidence, rise to the challenge, and never "lie down".
This year, we made a lot of efforts to promote the continuous improvement of production and sales. Both the production and sales indexes showed double-digit growth compared with last year.
This year, we overcame difficulties and achieved outstanding results in technical research, completing 68 technological research projects and 41 experimental studies.
This year, we have focused on the core and achieved fruitful results in scientific and technological innovation. We have carried out industry-university-research and key project research and development, and continued to inject new impetus into the steady development of the company.
This year, we rose to the challenge, expanded the market and grabbed orders. We contacted new brands, opened up new markets, and expanded our circle of friends, and sales increased by 21%.
This year, we closely followed the market and made remarkable achievements in new product research and development. We tested and trial-spun more than 400 new products throughout the year to enhance the irreplaceability of new products.
This year, we strengthened our stamina and never stopped technological transformation, investing RMB 20.6 million in technological transformation to improve intelligence and efficiency.
This year, we put people and steadily advanced safety and benefit to the people. We implemented the "one post, two responsibilities" policy to achieve safety and benefit to the people.
This year, we led the way with our banner and the results of the theme education were evident. We adhered to the red gene, inherited the spirit of the "old branch secretary", strengthened party spirit, set a new trend, and set an example.
He pointed out that in 2024, we will forge ahead and create greater glory. We will focus on one goal, two major markets, three major tasks, four projects, five growths, and six aspects of work.

At the meeting, the head of the marketing department signed a marketing target responsibility letter with Chairman Yang Yang, and the heads of the production workshop, technology, equipment and other departments signed production task and key work target responsibility letters with General Manager Ji Yijun respectively.
Then, the heads of marketing, workshop, technology, equipment and other departments made statements on key tasks and important work initiatives.

Yang Yang pointed out that in the past year, facing the pressure of external competition and the challenge of improving internal quality and efficiency, Double Great people worked together, innovated their thinking, and acted efficiently, showing their perseverance and ability. In terms of product renovation and quality improvement, they have achieved positive results and won the respect and recognition of the market and customers.
Yang Yang emphasized that 2024 is the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and a critical year for Double Great Company to overcome difficulties and strive for the place. As long as we unite as one and forge ahead, there will be no difficulties we cannot overcome and no heights we cannot climb.
We must strengthen our confidence and maintain our determination. The market is unpredictable. Only by adhering to the original intention of spinning, firmly believing in the company's vision and mission, believing in the marketing team's courage and hard work, and believing in the wisdom and strength of employees, can we achieve the long-term development of the company and personal career ideals.

Before the end of the meeting, Comrade Wang Ruigen put forward four general requirements for implementing the spirit of the conference and doing a good job throughout the year.
