Double Great Company's central laboratory passed CNAS accreditation

Recently, the central laboratory of Nantong Double Great Textile Co., Ltd. successfully obtained accreditation from the China Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and was awarded a certificate. This is another valuable qualification the laboratory has obtained after becoming the yarn testing platform of the China Cotton Textile Association. The central laboratory of Double Great Company has also become one of the advanced laboratories of outstanding cotton spinning enterprises in the country.

In 2018, Double Great Company decided to introduce CNAS-CL01:2018 "Criteria for Accreditation of Testing and Calibration Laboratory Competence" and other standard laws and regulations on the basis of its  fiber and yarn testing equipment, testing environment that meets national standards, and high-quality testing management talents. It has completed the central laboratory quality management manual and more than 30 management procedures, and carried out various fiber and yarn testing work in strict accordance with the management manual and procedure documents.

Since the introduction of CNAS accreditation, the central laboratory of Double Great Company has continuously improved various management elements, organized internal audits, and management reviews. After more than two years of operation, the management maturity has been continuously improved. In July 2020, CNAS accreditation experts conducted an on-site audit of the central laboratory of Double Great Company. The expert group fully affirmed the laboratory's efficient management capabilities, complete manual documents, and standardized operation and testing. In September 2020, the central laboratory of Double Great Company successfully passed the expert review and obtained the CNAS certificate. This indicates that Double Great Company's fiber and yarn product testing capabilities have been recognized by the state, and the test data is more authoritative.

Double Great Company has always attached great importance to the standardized management of various basic work, and has made efforts to compare with international and domestic standards and advanced benchmarks in the industry to strengthen the company's performance management. Double Great Company has successively passed multiple management system certifications such as quality, environment, occupational health and safety, measurement, energy, integration of information and industrialization, GRS, etc., and the company's professional management level and comprehensive strength have been significantly improved.
